Refund and Returns Policy
1. OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Finders Keepers, we want you to love every “find” you discover in our shop. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected once it arrives at its new home. Our return process is designed to be as transparent and seamless as your shopping experience.
2. RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn).

It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Personalized or custom-made goods.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or tea).

Personal care items (such as opened fragrances or soaps) for hygiene reasons.
4. THE RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at [FindersKeepers@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the shipping address for our return center.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Please note: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your treasure arrives damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at [FindersKeepers@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for you.
7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email.
8. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
